this is from a chocolateer in town, who(m) makes a fine piece of chocolate. Fresh lime is fantastic as is this caramel pinot noir piece not pictured. The chocolates are so simple and pure in character, the experience of consuming is almost more engaging on an emotional level than a physical sensory level.
