This fellow can be found sleeping around Kansas City. He sleeps and gets woken and chased out of this or that location after a period of time. I like this city in part because of situations like these. People know how to exercise liberty.

hey! we have a guy like that too! we call him the "devine street hobo." he walks around with a dirty blue sweatshirt on, stuffed full with his few belongings and he has CRAZY black hair pulled back in a ponytail. he occasionally makes his way down to 5 pts (where all the bars and dives are) but the cops usually chase him back up devine street. we LOVE it... (and occasionally bring him food... but shh.)
