I rented V a couple months ago from netflix... and I really had a good time watching it. The special effect when Dianna swallows the guinea pig though is shockingly bad by today's standards. Actually I'd call it hysterically bad, but with that said, I remember watching it as a kid and being repulsed and amazed at the same time. CGI has truly spoiled us and stripped us to a degree of our imaginative capacity.
